Four events in three days: Lausanne, Geneva, and Zurich, with our friend TheWineStache. All events are pay-as-you-come (cash only at Nero’s; please RSVP by email for the 169West event), and magazines will be on sale in all venues.
Nov 14 at L’Arsenic, Lausanne: Starting at 7pm (doors open 6:30pm), WineStache will be hosting a conversation (in French) on biodynamic winemaking and the variety Chasselas, with local winemaker Gilles Wannaz in attendance. We’ll be pouring some of his wines as well as other takes on Chasselas from Switzerland and beyond. CHF 15.- at the door to join the talk. Afterward, starting at 8pm, we’ll be at the bar where you can order Papet Vaudois and all sorts of amazing wines by-the-glass, specially curated by WineStache + Pipette Magazine and our very exciting surprise guest bartender! (Hint: a winemaker.)
Nov 15 at Nero’s Pizza, Geneva: The city’s best pizzeria has invited us to pop-up for one evening only, from 6:30-9:30pm. Come by for a glass or a bottle of our favorite Italian wines, grab a slice, buy a magazine. No entry fee; CASH ONLY for wine + magazines.
Nov 16 at 169 West, Zurich: We’re kicking off our Zurich evening with a casual conversation about our personal experiences working harvests in Europe and Australia, making our own natural wines for the first time, and launching the world's first natural wine print magazine. We’ll be pouring some very special wines during the talk. 25 CHF at the door. RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org or on our Facebook event.
Nov 16 at Gamper Bar, Zurich: From 9:30-11:30pm, we’re taking over the bar at Gamper, pouring a specially curated list of our own favorites from their cellar. No entry fee. Cash preferred for magazines.
