Shipping and Delivery Information

We ship all magazines and merchandise ordered on the webshop once monthly.

Pipette Magazine is printed in Berlin and ships directly from there in a thick cardboard envelope as a “large letter.” We are proud to offer flat-rate, worldwide shipping so that everyone pays the same to receive the magazine, no matter where you live.

Wondering where your magazine is? We request that you allow up to 4 weeks from the date of your “Shipping Confirmation email” before inquiring about your order. For deliveries in Asia, Mexico, or Australia/New Zealand, please allow up to 6 weeks. If you cannot wait this long, please look for a stockist near you or e-mail us for help finding one: pipettemagazine@gmail.com.

If after the suggested time, your order has not arrived, please contact us with your order number and we will confirm your address and check on whether your post office has any information. Please note that generally, we do not add tracking to your order. Therefore all we can do is confirm it was shipped and that the address is correct, and discuss solutions. We also might request that you have a thorough look around your building or check at your local post office.

In most cases, we are happy to resend the package if you can’t find it and we have not received it marked “address incomplete” or “recipient unavailable” (in other words, if the package has been lost).

If you haven’t received your order, in some cases you may request a refund (minus shipping and processing fees). Note that we are not responsible for orders lost or misplaced due to lack of collection or incorrect address input by the customer, and will judge these situations on a case-by-case basis.

For stockist orders, we ship via FedEx, with tracking.
